JackRabbit Battery Bay Extender

Easily Add an External Battery to Your JackRabbit Bike!

This product allows you to seamlessly integrate an external battery while maintaining a clean look. It securely covers your battery bay and relocates the XT60 battery connector to either the front or back of the cover for optimal cable management.

Key Features:

- Easily switch the connector’s direction using a 2.5mm Allen key.

- Locks into the standard JackRabbit battery bay for a secure connection.

- Available with an optional black top (+$10 due to additional manufacturing costs).

Required Tools:

- 2.5mm Allen key

Important Notes for Aftermarket Battery Use:

- Check polarity before connecting! The positive (red) wire must go to the flat side of the XT60 connector, and the negative (black) wire must go to the rounded/sloped side.

- Be cautious with cheap batteries. Many sellers on platforms like Amazon and eBay do not verify manufacturers' claims, and support is often limited to 30 days—regardless of warranty promises.

- JackRabbit bikes are compatible with 36V batteries only. Using a 48V or higher battery will prevent the bike from operating.

- Securely mount your battery. An improperly mounted battery may detach while riding.

- Estimate your range: Multiply the battery's Ah rating by 2.4 to approximate mileage. (Example: 14Ah × 2.4 = ~33.6 miles of range.)
